End User License Agreement

Please carefully read this End User License Agreement ("EULA") before purchasing, installing, or using the Peekviewer application software (the "Software"). By purchasing, downloading, installing, or otherwise using the Software, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA. If you do not agree to the terms of this EULA in full, do not install or use the Software and delete all copies of the Software and related files from your device(s).
This EULA is a legal agreement between you ("you" or "User") and PLATINUM ROOT5 MEDIA LLC, Emp. ID No. 39-3837563, located at 12747 Olive Blvd, Ste 300B, St. Louis, MO 63141-6269, USA ("Peekviewer", "we", "us", or "our"), for your use of the Software.
This EULA is an integral part of our Terms of Service, the provisions of which also apply to your use of the Software. Our collection and use of personal data are described in our Privacy Notice. If you have any questions or comments, please contact us at: support@peekviewer.com.
Scope of license
Peekviewer grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license ("License") to:
- access and use the Software to view publicly available information and content for lawful purposes only;
- use the Software solely in accordance with this EULA and applicable laws, without attempting to misuse, interfere with, or gain unauthorized access to accounts, data, or services.
Nothing in this EULA authorizes you to access data or content without proper legal permission. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the Software complies with all applicable laws and regulations. You may not distribute, resell, sublicense, or make the Software available to third parties.
Ownership
The Software is licensed, not sold. Peekviewer retains all right, title, and interest in and to the Software, including all copies, updates, improvements, enhancements, and all related intellectual property rights. You acquire no ownership rights in the Software.
You may not:
- sell, lease, rent, sublicense, redistribute, or transfer the Software;
- decompile, disassemble, or reverse engineer the Software;
- modify, adapt, or create derivative works;
- attempt to derive the source code;
- provide or allow third-party access without written consent;
- copy the Software except as expressly permitted.
Any violation of these restrictions constitutes a breach of this EULA and may result in legal action.
Software modifications. Peekviewer may provide upgrades, updates, enhancements, or additions (collectively, "Modifications") to the Software during the term of the License. Unless a Modification is accompanied by a separate license agreement, such Modifications will be governed by the terms of this EULA.
You represent and warrant that your participation under this EULA does not and will not breach any confidentiality or other agreement relating to proprietary information obtained by you prior to entering into this EULA. You further represent that you have not entered into, and will not enter into, any agreement that conflicts with this EULA.
Limited Warranty
This limited, non-transferable warranty covers the Software during your active Subscription plan following your purchase. If you receive Software modifications during this period, this limited warranty will remain in effect through the end of your Subscription plan.
Exclusions from warranty. This Limited Warranty does not cover issues caused by your actions or omissions, the actions of third parties, or events beyond Peekviewer's reasonable control.
Technical issues. If you experience technical issues with the Software, you may contact Peekviewer Customer Support at support@peekviewer.com. Support will be provided in accordance with this Limited Warranty during your active Subscription plan.
Remedy. If a technical issue cannot be resolved by Peekviewer, your sole remedy may be a full refund in accordance with our Refund Policy.

Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Peekviewer shall not be liable for any claims, demands, or actions arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the Software. Peekviewer shall not be liable for any loss of profits, revenue, data, contracts, savings, or for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise, even if Peekviewer has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Nothing in this EULA is intended to limit or exclude any statutory consumer rights that cannot be lawfully limited or excluded. This EULA also does not affect any rights you may have against third parties. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions or limitations of liability. In such cases, Peekviewer's liability will be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Term and termination
This License remains effective for the duration of your active Subscription plan, during which you are authorized to use the Software. Your rights under this License will automatically terminate without notice if you violate any provision of this EULA or if your Subscription expires or is terminated.
Upon termination, you must immediately stop using the Software and discontinue all access to the Service. Peekviewer may update or modify this License at any time. Changes become effective when posted on our website. Peekviewer may also modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Software at its discretion and without liability. Your continued use of the Software after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
